Niki has over 25 years’ marketing experience in both agency and client companies. She has held senior roles in the UK and Australia, managing accounts across the financial services, professional services, travel and automotive sectors, among others.
Having founded the Small Parts Dept. in 2007 Niki now takes her considerable planning and direct marketing skills and applies them to more digitally driven challenges.
She has particular expertise in developing customer-centric communication around complex and regulatory matters. And dry as that may sound, she is one of the most lively and engaging people you’ll ever work with.
