Having founded the Small Parts Dept in 2007, Niki now draws on her considerable subject matter expertise across a broad sweep of financial, legal, and accountancy services to support our clients in building their visibility and authority online.

She has a deep understanding of search strategy, user behaviour, and AI-driven content performance, as well as excellent connections. This means she can call on the skills of senior independent specialists across a wide range disciplines, should a project demand it.
